Method

Principles we live by:

1

Our president, Patricia Bernstein, works on every account personally. She will never pitch an account and then turn the client over to a less-qualified account executive.

2

One of our clients said it best: we have an outstanding track record because we are effective. That is how we have kept our doors open, through economic ups and downs, for over 30 years. We encourage you to judge us by what we have accomplished for other clients. This is the best way to predict what we can do for you.

3

We are gently persistent, but, above all, persistent — another secret to our success.

4

We are known for excellent writing at a time when good writing is a lost art.

5

We tend to have unusually long-term relationships with our clients because our campaigns work. But we can also assist clients with short-term projects and events.

6

The best way to deal with a public relations crisis is to foresee, prepare and prevent. We understand that an outstanding reputation can be lost overnight. Therefore, we constantly work to help our clients foresee and avoid potential public relations crises.

Our approach:

Conversations. We begin our work with every client by spending time with you and getting to know your business intimately.

Insights. We want to get as complete a picture as possible of your business before we begin to publicize or market it. We want to understand your goals, your target audiences, your products and/or services, your competitors, and what makes your business unique.

Strategy. This entails developing a distinctive program for each client, identifying the right image and message to present, the best way to reach target markets, the right media to access, the right story to tell.

Results. We don’t want gold stars for “trying” or for devoting a certain number of hours to an account. Judge us by visible results.
